ZERO-TIMED / REFURBISHED
All units undergo an intensive re-manufacturing process based on the original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) product manuals. Each unit is dismantled to its bare metal components before being reconstructed to ensure that the assembly process adheres to the specified specifications.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Preventive maintenance (PM) involves the systematic execution of maintenance tasks on equipment on a predetermined schedule or hourly basis. This proactive approach is performed while the equipment is still operational, thereby reducing the likelihood of unforeseen breakdowns. We collaborate closely with Fleet Maintenance Managers or directly with our clients to develop comprehensive PM schedules that align with the stringent requirements and standards set by OEMs, airports, and airlines. The primary objective of PM is to ensure that the capital invested in equipment consistently generates a positive return on investment for ground handlers and airlines.
